The protagonist of the game - Isaac Clark escaped with planetary spacecraft USG Ishimura." Action of the second part of the game takes place three years after the end of the story first, on the densely populated space station bearing the name of "spontaneity" (English Sprawl), which is located on Saturn's moon - Titan. Mental disorder caused by an artifact, not gone anywhere and continues to influence Isaac. Yunitologii Church and the government continues to set aside a significant place in the storyline. The game begins in the hospital, located on board the "spontaneity." Clark witnesses a nightmare perpetrated Necromorph infection, and it all starts again .

Features:
The chaos in the city. The game world has become more diverse. Now this is not a space station, and a city of rich and poor residential areas, shops, schools and even churches.
